Shopper's Code of Conduct

To enhance everyone's enjoyment at the Center please observe the following:

1. Shoppers must keep moving in an orderly fashion through the Center, and not block walkways or store entrances. Groups of four (4) or more may be dispersed.

2. Seating benches are to be used by shoppers of Town Square Las Vegas.

3. Obscene or offensive language and loud or boisterous behavior that is disrupting to other guests will not be permitted.

4. Running, inappropriate behavior, vandalism, or any unacceptable conduct in the Center will be grounds for ejection from the premises.

5. For shopper safety, skateboarding, rollerblading, roller skating, scooters, ATVs, unapproved golf carts, Segways, riding boards or other hands-free mobility devices are not allowed.

6. Bicycle riding is not allowed on sidewalks.

7. When conditions contribute to an overflow of juveniles, management reserves the right to disperse or eject individuals and/or groups.

8. Proper clothing is required at all times, which includes shoes and shirts.

9. Individuals of school age are expected to be in attendance at school during the hours that their respective schools are in session, or otherwise in transit to or from.

10. Firearms are not permitted on property unless specific permission has been granted by property management.

11. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in common areas or parking lots is prohibited unless prior approval has been given by property management as part of a special event. CCMC 12.35.010 (B)

12. Pets must be on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets at all times. Pets that are overly aggressive, or perceived to be a threat to the safety and comfort of other guests, may be asked to leave the premises.

13. No soliciting, handbilling, commercial advertising or distribution of such material is permitted on the property, including parking lots, without prior approval from property management. No events of any kind are permitted without prior written approval from property management.

14. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Town Square Las Vegas retains the right to modify this policy based upon the best interest of the community, our stores and our guests.

Violators will be asked to leave the property pursuant to NRS 207.200
